CRESTON VALLEY COMPOUND

Set in the mountainous landscape of Creston, BC, this two-unit project blends bold modern design with quiet rural living. Surrounded by lush greenery and stunning peaks, the property features both an HO5 and HO2—creating a flexible, multi-use setup that feels private, open, and fully connected to nature.

The primary residence—a 1,600 sq. ft. HO5—includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms laid out across an airy, light-filled floor plan. Expansive windows frame views in every direction, allowing the living spaces to breathe with the landscape. A neutral, minimalist interior keeps the focus on natural light and long sightlines.

Steps away, the HO2 provides an additional 640 sq. ft. of flexible living space—ideal as a guest house, studio, or rental suite. With its own kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping area, it extends the livability of the site while maintaining a distinct sense of separation and independence.

‍

Both units were built off-site and installed with speed and precision, minimizing the impact on the land. Together, they form a modern compound—functional, intentional, and perfectly in tune with the natural rhythm of the Creston Valley.
