Our Process is Simple.

At Honomobo we simplify the build process. Our team will work with you through the process from our initial feasibility consultation through to handing you the keys to your new Honomobo every step of the way.

Our process varies slightly depending on the Province that you plan on having your Honomobo installed. Expand the links below to review the process of planning and purchasing a Honomobo Home.

Your local contractor begins site preparation and foundation work.

The 50% Manufacturing Progress Payment is due upon completion of the structural frame and prior to the start of: Module complexing, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing rough-in, insulation, drywall, paint and interior finishing.

Step 6: Completion of your Honomobo

Once we have performed our final walkthrough checks on your Honomobo, we will send pictures prior to wrapping the modules for delivery or storage.

If your site is not ready for delivery 30 days after our final walkthrough, we will provide a monthly storage payment plan until your site is ready.

30 days prior to scheduled shipping date, we will provide updated shipping, crane and installation estimates - Due 15 days prior to actual shipping date.

Site utilities are then connected to the home once the modules have landed and have been welded to the foundation.
