Our manufacturing facility in Nisku is where the magic happens—an energetic, collaborative environment that blends craftsmanship with efficiency. We’re looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to help keep our factory operations running smoothly.

The Role

As the Administrative Assistant at our Nisku facility, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping everything organized behind the scenes. You’ll support factory leadership, help with documentation, track schedules, and assist in communication between teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and isn’t afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet visitors, manage office supplies, and keep the front office organized

  • Support time tracking and scheduling for factory staff

  • Organize production paperwork and filing (digital and physical)

  • Assist in updating project schedules, timesheets, and internal communications

  • Coordinate internal meetings, safety briefings, and documentation collection

  • Track deliveries, manage shipping paperwork, and liaise with logistics teams

  • Support the Manufacturing Manager and Team Leads with general admin tasks

  • Handle basic finance support (receipts, coding invoices, scanning documents)

  • Help with onboarding paperwork and maintaining training records for new hires

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (manufacturing or construction is a plus)

  • Friendly, approachable, and great at managing multiple tasks at once

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Docs, Sheets, Drive)

  • Comfortable using internal systems or learning new tools (e.g., Wrike, Tick, or ERP software)

  • Able to work independently and keep things moving without constant direction

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with construction, trades, or modular manufacturing

  • Basic knowledge of HR, safety documentation, or finance systems

  • Experience supporting field teams or operations departments
