Step 1. Select a Contractor 

Your contractor will play an integral role in the implementation and installation of your Honomobo. You our contractor is responsible for the building of the foundation, providing services to the foundation and the connection of the services to your Home once it arrives onsite.

STEP 2. FILL OUT DESIGN CHECKLIST

Step 3 PERMITING 

As the owner you can submit for permits or you can have your contractor handle this process. In many cities there are also companies that you can hire specifically to perform this task. In order to get a permit most cities require at a minimum that you provide a Geotech report, Survey report, Structural engineering for your foundation and connections to your home along with schedules from your engineer.
